great location spacious living room bathroom amenities dirty room no mugs japanese only information
the hotel is located opposite the train station. a convenience store and shinseikai are within walking distance. the living room was spacious and could accommodate up to six people. my girls enjoyed their bathroom amenities very much.
the rooms were not cleaned . i got coffee daily however i did not receive new or clean mugs. the hotel seems not ready for international guests. most extras for example the universal studios japan prep are in japanese only.

spacious room big bed pleasant feeling unhelpful staff unfriendly staff dirty linen
the garden was the masterpiece. my son was able to run freely. the room was spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. i liked the fact that each customer can wear a yukata during the evening events. it reinforced the pleasant feeling of holidays.
i am sad to say the staff were consistently unhelpful! and a little unfriendly. it shocked me because the service culture in japan is amazing and we've had such a fabulous experience. also we unfortunately had dirty linen when we checked in, although it was fixed immediately, i had to convince staff that i didn't dirty the linen so they wouldn't charge me a.

Wonderful Stay!
bright room family room free snack
I found the family rooms beautiful. They were bright, spacious and well considered. The hotel facilities are great for families. I liked the washing facilities available on floors 14 and 3. Drinks vending machines were located on site. I thought the complimentary drinks and snacks offered every night were a nice touch. The library area was cozy. The lawn and garden area was perfect for kids. The building overlooks the cityscape from the garden and it looks lovely. I took advantage of the free one-hour walking tour. I also enjoyed the offerings at the cafe.
The check-in process starts all together at 3 PM. It was like being herded. I found it a disservice to make the beds myself after paying for everything. The location was not ideal either.

The staff provided a free shuttle service to Universal Studios which was quite convenient. They were very helpful and readily available when I needed assistance. I found the team to be particularly smart and quick to anticipate guest needs.

The room I stayed in was larger than other hotels I've visited in Japan and its kid-friendly design was perfect for my needs. It featured ample space offering extra comfort for the whole family. Each floor conveniently provided water dispensers and microwaves for guest use.
